“Black Canyon Bistro truly provides top notch, delicious provisions. The bacon wrapped dates were divine little bites of goodness. I could have eaten them like candy. The scallops were excellent, tender and flavorful, as they should be. The elk carpaccio was fantastic. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, on top of simply being a high quality meat. The shrimp was cooked just right (I will say it was too salty though). The Brussels sprouts were just fine, but could be improved upon. Friends had the French onion soup and the steak & endive which they said were excellent as well. Our sweet waitress Aleah (probably spelling that wrong) took great care of us! looking forward to returning. P.s. they have happy hour even on weekends 4-6! The appetizer menu is $10, and $2 off signature cocktails and wines.”

“They don’t serve brisket at all, due to the high price of beef, we were told, so the menu is limited. Pulled pork was fine (I had the slider, which was good), the Mac and cheese was kind of like buttered macaroni with a melted glob of cheese on top, and the beans were a unique soupy texture. It wasn’t the kind of barbecue I particularly enjoy, so I wouldn’t go back myself.”

“Finally after driving past for years we stopped and tried this place. It was delicious. You will not regret it. Friendly staff, very generous topping portions, and quality pizza. The left photo was half meat half Hawaiian (I forgot their names for them), the right photo is a single topping medium pepperoni. We got thing crust but they have regular as well. We ordered leaving Red Lodge and it was ready when we got there. Great job guys!”

“My family and I love the Quick Stop! It's a tradition in this part of Montana, and everyone who lives in the area really loves this little family run business. The food is typical drive-in fare, and they have great ice cream!!! It's just true old school Montana. Not many places left like this, so to me it's not just food, it's the whole experience. “I love going here. The food is absolutely amazing. It is exactly what you would want from a family diner the prime rib has to be the absolute best on a Friday night. It's so much meat and it's such a great price. How could one complain? I go there so much that the staff pretty much knows me by name and all of them are phenomenal people. It has been my go to spot since I moved to Montana a year ago. They've always been very accommodating with my gluten sensitivity.”

“As a 25 year veteran in Nintendo games, I know a thing or two about Kirby. This place aspires to be the next best kawaii Kirby themed saloon, albeit moody and sometimes downright purple. Its interiors have stars to denote Mario’s super powers and respects its boundaries when it comes to The Sucking Zone where patrons can inhale each other’s smokes to gain the other person’s powers. I like to come here every other week when I need to recharge my portable N64, and the staff is always very friendly and pink. Have not tried the food here but the aroma of French fries in the air made me feel like I was in Paris.”
