Ninja Steak and Sushi House

Food was ok. It was out 1st time there not real helpful but our waitress was great she went out of her way to make the best out of our night

New Review: I wish to edit my review as the quality of my experience has changed since my less than stellar encounter over a year ago. Now when I order the waiters and waitresses are much kinder and my wait times have not been as long. Also when mistakes are made they handle them much better than they did previously. I realise now that the reason for my bad experience was solely due to the waiter's I had that night. So would I recommend Ninja now? Yes I would. The food there is good and the service is friendly.

Former Review: Usually my time here is good but tonight was unacceptable. We ordered and waited over an hour for our food. A group who came in with more people than us got their food long before us. When I confronted them about this they said the noodles took a while because they had to prepare more. This would be a viable excuse if it wasn't for the fact that they never once informed us about this. In fact we rarely saw our waiter. The final nail in the coffin was we received no compensation for this. I mean I would be ok with anything, even an apology. All I received were excuses.

I love sushi. Food was good. Only thing I would change is the freshness of the fish could have been better. It already started to have a fishy taste to the salmon and tuna rolls.
