“I was referred to Mike’s Pizza by my coworkers. I called in my order because there is no dinning option. I was able to speak with the owner Mike and he was great. Super nice and had a great attitude. He recommended the cheese bread and it did not disappoint. I also got the pepperoni mushroom pizza and it had the right amount of crust and cheese. I would recommend eating it as soon as you can. I took it back to the hotel and it was still fresh. If your in town I would recommend hitting it up and say hi to Mike”

“I like taco bell. I appreciate the food service worker informing me the price of the meal stays the same no matter what size drink I get. I can't drink a large size drink and I find the larger size cups to be very flimsy. I didn't ask for a large drink or ask if the price would be less. I am sure she has encountered this issue with other customers. I am sorry to say I was less than polite and just want to apologize for that. Your jobs are hard enough to do without me adding to the frustration we all are going through.”

“Loved the beer, loved the food. Great wait staff. However, appetizer did not come out before main course. One dish came out half an hour before other. Cook had no sense of urgency when he had lots of orders. Cook was also very rude to wait staff. Unfortunately, this will be on the bottom of our list to return because of the cook.”

You can't beat a local sandwich shop with a chain grab-and-go spot. One thing I loved about this place was the bread to ingredient ratio. I'm not eating a small, overstuffed hoagie. I've got enough room to put all the fixings I want and then some! There's one veggie that stars here and it's the banana pepper. Man, it's packed with sweet, tangy, pickled flavor. I cannot wait to come back again! If you're visiting Hastings you have to try this deli!”
