Runza Restaurant

I had the best experience with the Drive Thru on Thursday 3/2/23 at lunch time. The lovely lady with the pretty face-framing curls and friendly smile at the window was the best fast food encounter I've had in a long time. Made my day!

I have been to this Runza several times, but today, the Manager Austin went over and above. To make a long story short; I live out of town, and my dad has been home sick, so I wanted to send him some homemade soup. Knowing Runza has fantastic soup, I had an old friend lined up to deliver, but I wanted to pay for it before she got there. Without going into a lot of confusing details (being in bigger cities, we take delivery services for granted), Austin made it happen.. Great customer service is rare these days.. So much appreciation for this young man for a job well done. BTW, Dad loved all 3 soups!

This place is bomb! It's like a grilled chopped cheese sandwich or something. The onion rings are the best I've ever had from a fast food place. I recommend Runza!

I had never had any experience here before tonight. Well done Runza! Crinkle fries, good. Runza original sandwich, good. Chili GOOD

Service team was excellent and they bring your food to your table, what? This place will be on my pick list as I return to the highway and make my way east.

Very good food. Ibwas very satisfied here. I would eat here any day of the week. This tasted like how a real burger should taste. Sometimes you go places to eat and they taste a bit close to each other. Regardless, it looks like we don't have to have a mask here but that doesn't mean you shouldn't wear one. It's up to you if you want to. The employees wear them and we did as well. I'm traveling for work so that's why we stopped here. I'm happy. I understand this is a German place but don't quote on that. Anyway hope you like it, I loved it. God bless and stay safe.
