Quaint repurposed venue, exquisite locally-sourced food, and reservations are strongly recommended.
This venue has a revolving menu that uses locally-sourced products to create unique and pricey entrees not found within many many miles away. The food was memorable, but the service slow primarily due to a large party of 20 people in an establishment of about 40+ seats.
Immediately prior to our arrival at 5:15 pm, a party of six people eithout reservations were refused seats even though seating was available for the next 75 minutes, most likely due to the presence of the large party of 20 people.
I noted no up-selling and all prices were clearly published.

Best food in Dodge county without a doubt. Tasty unique dishes full of flavor. Rivals any high end city restaurant in a quaint cozy atmosphere. Hidden gem. Will be back

Excellent food by a real Chef...not a cook. This is first class food in a small town setting. Worth the drive from anywhere. Only an hour from Omaha and about 30 minutes or less from Fremont.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I had a wonderful time here. The staff is kind and friendly. The chef also made me a special vegan meal that included the impossible burger! Merger in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that the restaurant in Dodge, would serve the impossible burger. Mind blown!

Everyone can feel free to go eat there, whatever their diet.

Excellent high quality breakfast, great coffee, and super friendly owners. They prefer that you call ahead for reservations. They also sell locally made chair leg booties to protect your floors at home--they are an awesome invention!
