Love this new restaurant! They have some super tasty dishes in a fun and modern atmosphere. Haven't had a bad dish yet! Quickly becoming one of my favorite places 😊

My wife shared an instagram reel about this spot. It looked nice, and she sent it my way. That said, I jumped online to make a res right away to surprise her.

I usually don’t have Italian out, as it generally leads to disappointment. That was not the case here!

Quinn (our amazing server) told us about their daily happy hour, which ending up working out great for our 5:00 reservation.

We ordered up a bunch of apps, and an entrée each. The highlights for me were the focaccia, their version of pizza, the red pepper spread, as well as Porchetta with polenta! My wife loved her carpaccio over cauliflower crust, with capers. I’m not a huge carpaccio fan, and I too enjoyed it!

The only disappointment was the ravioli beef cheeks. Which sucks, cause I was really excited for them. They were lacking flavor, with more to be desired.

We left with plenty of leftovers. Our daughters devoured the pizza, and focaccia!

Their fake rum Mocktail was solid, too! Check this place out. You won’t regret it.

Punching above its class, but still needs some refinement.

Drinks: cherry old-fashioned, afternoon in the orchard, and gin "mule". All had good flavors, but a touch sweet and had a hard time tasting the alcohol.

Apps: Buratta and fried dough was amazing! Almost like a pizza with very fluffy dough and just a touch of sauce/pesto. The rosemary focaccia bread had a savory sweetness to it with sweetened ricotta dipping sauce. I loved the bread more without the sauce

Mains: - butcher steak for the kid that loves steak. This one was great, cooked to a perfect medium rare and fantastic flavor. A very good value dish!
- beef cheek ravioli. Beef cheek bed that the ravioli was laid up on was melt in your mouth and fantastic gravy. Disappointed with the ravioli, it was undercooked and very little filling for large ravioli. I would have loved a small piece of bread to soak up the leftover sauce.
- risotto de mare. Scallops were cooked to perfection, but that was the highlight. Shrimp were overcooked, the risotto was not a creamy risotto, it was rice stirred in a sauce. A shame of a~$30 dish to mess it up on the cheapest part of the dish.

Dessert: chocolate cake and pistachio cake. Chocolate was dense, almost a fudge with a raspberry sauce and chocolate ice cream. Absolutely amazing. Pistachio cake was very light a fluffy with great flavors. The candied orange swirls were a bit overpowering, but pulling most of them off, it was light and refreshing.

Overall a great place, but some refinement that needs to be made on the food. Willing to try again, lots of other dishes caught my eye!

What a great place for dinner. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent! We left feeling very full and pleased with how delicious everything tasted. From the drinks to the 2 appetizers, the 3 entrees and the 1 side shared by just a friend and I we were very satisfied when we left. We were literally planning what items we would get next time lol. The staff were very nice and friendly and I loved the way everyone seemed to truly enjoy being there and helping out. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Such a wonderful new addition to West Omaha! I attended the soft opening on Nov. 2, 2023, and I was delighted with the wonderful food and dining experience. I will definitely be making reservations at Circo Omaha in the future!
