Le Voltaire French Restaurant

Le Voltaire has the best bouillabaisse I have ever tasted. I'm originally from the coast and thought my days of great food were over when we moved to Omaha. I am not to proud to admit when I am wrong, I have been surprised and pleased by many of the restaurants here; Le Voltaire is one of them.

The customer service was perfect. We were attended right away. The waiter was knowledgeable and witty. We were never pestered but he was always available when we needed him, usually before we had even realized.
The main courses were delicious. My wife had the quail while I had the beef. The sauces were rich, the sides were complimentary, and the desserts were a beautiful finish to an engaging meal.
Definitely going to visit again.

Exceptional dining experience.

The place is small, only a few tables, and the menu is limited to key items. That allowed the restaurant to focus on the experience and on the food. The table service is exceptional because there aren't too many people with too few servers. The food is well prepared because there aren't too many items to cook. In other words, focus on what they do well, focus on their strengths,..the result was exceptional.

Great staff, great host, great ambiance and great patronage experience and reminds you a bit of Paris and Euro in general.

Recommend you make a reservation. Limited space available so make sure you plan ahead. And enjoy the experience.
