Bomb Taco

Customer service was great, didn’t catch the guys name working the register but he was awesome. I got the Birria taco combo with rice and beans. Best decision I made for lunch! I will definitely be back.

When I first walked in I was impressed already. It was clean, organized, and well-lit. The menu was easy to read and the decor was fun and bright without being ugly/gaudy. I really liked the string lights they had up, I thought those were a fun and cute addition. At the register they have stickers which I think is a great marketing idea (please only take 1-2!). The person that was taking orders was really nice and friendly, smiling and didn’t seem inconvenienced when people had questions.

As for the food - 5/5 ⭐️
-The chips trio was great! Do yourself a favor and only get corn chips though, the flour ones were kind of greasy and plain imo. The guac is probably the best I’ve had in a very long time - fresh, well-seasoned, just delicious. The salsa was like homemade but better. Again, fresh, very tasty! The queso though was of course my favorite. Tasty, thin enough to dip but still have plenty on the chip.

The el Chicano burrito was amazing. The meat was so tender and flavorful - everything on it was fresh. The fries inside it were still a little crispy when I made it home which was great. It was overall just a little greasy, but delicious! Would definitely recommend this one if you’re not sure what to get. It’s a pretty big burrito so I feel like I got my money’s worth. The elotitos that I got with as the side were so good!! I’d probably wait til corn is in season to get it again though, just a personal preference.

My roommate got the chicken quesadilla and it looked amazing, smelled great. There was plenty of cheese, lol you could see it oozing out on the sides. Based on how thick it was there was lots of chicken inside. He said it tasted pretty great and would get it again.

Lastly, the churro cheesecake! Presentation-wise it looks great, looks delicious and you want to dive in. Biting into it, you’d think it would be heavy, but it’s not! It’s nice and light, perfect blend of churro and cheesecake.

Overall, very happy with my first experience with Bomb Taco! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend stopping in to try it out :) also, they have daily specials so take a look at those if you wanna try something specific, plus happy hour!

Stopped in for dinner for Taco Tuesday a couple of Tuesday's ago. Tacos were delicious. The guy running front house, Jose, did an awesome job, he was friendly, personable, and gave great recommendations. We will be coming back again for sure.

Run, dont walk. Sooo good! I have no idea how to tell you how good the Tacos al Pastor were without sounding like a complete freak. Whoever is cooking back there uses food as a love language. The pork was sliced super thin and deeply marinated and soo tender. You know when a recipe will tell you to finely chop something and you ignore them and just chop it into chunks? Not here. They finely diced FRESH pinapple and then de-stemmed and MINCED the cilantro and served it all up with fresh tortillas and lime wedges. Swoon! The dining room was super clean and the staff was so sweet. The fresh flour tortilla chips were still warm! The house red salsa is soo deliciously smoky and complex, I have already called my dad. My new favorite tacos and I live all the way in Papillion.
