Perfect place for date night out! Tables are candle lit, staff is very friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. Get good portion sizes for your money.

Excellent Ambiance as a Monetary and Monk themed restaurant! Drenched in Tradition, Brother Sebastian's food is as Tantalizing and Exquisite as people say! Steak, Fish, Chicken, whatever your Pleasure, Brother Sebastian's entrees are difficult to measure... Everyone should have Dinner at least once here, in order to Appreciate that Fine Dining Truly is Blissful and Decadent! The entrees are Not Cheap,... But you definitely get all your money's worth & then some!

Wonderful evening as always. Everyone was appropriately distanced. Felt the warmth and welcome that has been a part of this restaurant for years. You wont very disappointed.

Brother Sebastian's is, on the one hand, a classic Omaha steakhouse in the best sense of the words and on the other a unique dining experience. The Franciscan Monastery vibe combined with great food and excellent service makes for an enjoyable evening. The room lined with wooden kegs may be Omaha's closest thing to a 'wine cave'.

I had the dinner fillet, butterfly cut and medium. Everyone knows that the fillet doesn’t have the rich taste of a ribeye or New York and that is why it is often seasoned or wrapped with bacon. This one was neither. As far as the fillets that I’ve had over the years this one was rather bland. Oh it was tender and cooked properly but it wasn’t a pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere was nice though nothing to write home about. All in all, largely forgettable. I will say that the manager stopped by to make sure that we were happy with our meal, which I’m always pleased with.
