Arguably the best chicken sandwiches I've eaten. The flavors that they're able to pack into their dishes is out of this world plus the staff have amazing character, giving you a real sense of belonging when you're eating there. Wear loose clothing as you'll be stuffed when you're finished.

Unless you've eaten here you cannot claim to have eaten fried chicken. The food is just stupid good, portions are stupid large, and the price is stupid small. I've been a handful of times and it's become nearly a daily staple. Staff are polite and I appreciate the rotating lemonade offerings. Have already recommended to everyone.

I don’t know where to begin. Is it where a humble chicken sandwich could feed a family of 4, the owner making sure we were satisfied? How about this is just a really, really tasty sandwich. The flavors were amazing and the folks here I could just give a big hug. First time coming and I felt like family. Also, my 8 yr old sons sandwich was stretched to 4 meals.

All I can say is wow!! The fried chicken here is the best I've had. The chicken is moist, juicy and flavorful from the pickle brine process. The crust is crunchy and substantial. The pieces are huge to say the least, you will not feel hungry after eating a meal here. Homemade pickles and pickled onions are served with the chicken and are the perfect compliment to the fried chicken. I highly recommend the borracho beans for the side. They are deeply savory pinto beans and are topped with more pickled onions to add some acidity. Finally, the blue corn hush puppies are must haves. They are sweet, savory and super crunchy on the outside. The inside is tender and moist, slightly sweet with corn kernels on the inside. They are served with honey, garlic, pickled red onions and fresh scallions. Did I mention they are huge!?!?! I would come back just for the hush puppies alone. The prices are fair considering the high quality of ingredients and large portion sizes. If you love fried chicken, this is the place to go.

Pickle chicken sandwich as big as your face. Breading crunchy and flavorful. Chicken always perfectly cooked. DO NOT PASS ON THE BLUE CORN HUSH PUPPIES….so good! Every menu item kills it. They truly care about their product and the people they serve.
