I was only in Omaha for an overnight stop. I came here as soon as I landed and then again for lunch before I left for Lincoln. The food was INCREDIBLE, the staff is SUPER friendly and knowledgeable about all things esp food and wine. Dolomiti MUST be on your list of places to eat when you are in or are from Omaha or anywhere somewhat close!

These guys seriously rule!! ❤️ I put a takeout order in, but ended up getting a slightly different pizza than expected, and they insisted on remaking it at no charge. Not to mention how perfectly fluffy, rich in flavor it was. Wish i could give 6 stars. BEST PIZZA SPOT EVER:) from my roadtrip from Texas to Canada, it was my favorite stop

Hands down the *best* pizza I’ve had in the U.S.

It rivals Delfina in San Francisco (IYKYK) and is honestly better than a lot of the pizza I’ve eaten in Italy — yes, even in Naples — which is *a lot* 🍕🍕🍕
Aside from each of the uniquely delicious pizzas, the appetizers and desserts are also phenomenal. Everything down to flavor & texture has been thought of and executed on perfectly.
Last, but definitely not least, the space is absolutely gorgeous. The ambiance is perfection. The service is excellent. The location is historic & convenient. 5 stars across the board 💯🔥

I recommend to book a reservation ahead of time. Pizza has great crust, all the food we ordered was tasty. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because the limited table room, the table only has space for the pizza, not plates or drinks. A professional sign on the door would help in the near future. But they are new & hopefully will upgrade.

Honestly, legendary. Delicious food, beautiful layout, and some of the most talented crew in town. Tasteful menu with the correct amount of options. INCREDIBLE CRUST. I don’t go crazy for pizza or crust, but I can very earnestly say this is the best I’ve ever had. Super reasonable pricing. Don’t delay. Perfect for date night or for whisking your friend who just landed away to a classy but relaxed welcome dinner.
