    Okay I never write reviews because no one has time for that but this is dunkin's 3rd strike! I always order the same thing a plain bagel with cream cheese TOASTED and a small frozen caramel coffee. Out of the last 4 times I went 2 of the times my bagel was straight up not toasted. Today it was 'barely' warmed up. I don't know what the toasting process looks like but the way I would describe it was maybe thrown into a microwave for 4 seconds. I love Dunkin and am always so excited to eat my bagel but after today I will just stick with the frozen caramel coffee from now on.
