Absolutely the best bleu cheese burger in town, or anywhere for that matter!! I had it the first time I came here after work 43 years ago, and it is still my favorite!! Paired with their famous Bloody Mary, a combo that can’t be beat!!
Not to happy with the service tonight. I understand we are in a pandemic and we are just opening back up and probably short staffed but I would expect a little better. Me and the family came in and sat down and received our drinks from a gentleman who was very nice then we had a waitress after that. The waitress wasn’t friendly came off as rude and waited for ever for a refill on drinks. She never smiled and honestly didn’t feel appreciated for giving them a chance to shine. The food was decent , hot and fresh even though my salad was wrong but I never said anything because I finished before she even checked back. It was very clean in the restaurant that was a plus. I definitely would come back if we had a different server.
We went for lunch. Burgers were great, and the food was nice and hot. I had a bloody mary, which was also really good. Service was prompt and courteous. Prices were reasonable and comfortable atmosphere. Can't wait to go again!
Great service! Fast delivery of food. I had the chicken fried steak special with mashed potatoes and corn. Was good for the price. My wife had the pork tenderloin sandwich with sweet potato fries. She liked and we both thought the fries were good. Nice atmosphere with outside seating for the warmer months.
It had been a long time since I've been here and it was as good as I remember. Definitely won't take so long to get back.
Goldberg's has some of the best burgers and sandwiches I've had around Omaha. I was in town for a meeting and a group of us stopped in for lunch. I had the island burger with fries which was great. The service was quick and they got us in and out pretty fast for a group of ten. The guys from Philly tried the cheese steak and a couple guys tried the French dip, and they said they were just okay. Stick to the burgers, you can't go wrong.
