Istanbul Gyro Baklava

This is my favorite place to eat in Council Bluffs (and Omaha!). They have the best tasting gyros I have ever had. I order the Gyro Supreme which comes with meat, onions, peppers, topped with feta cheese. The Baklava is good but the homemade chocolate chip cookies as big as my head are to die for. The guy that runs this place is so super nice and you can tell he puts his heart in to the food and loves what he does.

This place is AWESOME. The guys running it are always polite and glad to see me walk up. They even remember what I order since I usually go once a week. Very friendly and the food is great! The gyro meat is not greasy like you find at most places and it has a great mixture of lamb to beef meat. 10/10 would recommend.

I was extremely homesick and this place helped cure that feeling. The coffee is the kind to make you cry because it takes you back home. I'm so grateful. You've just made a regular customer and I will be returning.

Best Gyros in town and the Sheppards salad is the BOMB!

First time I've been here and it was very good. Just had a gyro but no pita bread because I'm trying to eat fewer carbs. They put it on a bed of lettuce as a substitute for the pita. They meat, onions, tomatoes and sauce where very good, but I would skip the lettuce next time. Staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be back here again in the future.
