Monarch Prime and Bar

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The portions were the perfect size to enjoy the food but not leave stuffed and uncomfortable. We tried dishes we never would have otherwise ordered or thought we'd like and it was all delicious. The kitchen staff obviously take great pride in what they do and how they present their work. Will be returning.

Tried the chef's tasting and it was delightful. Perfectly portioned courses starting small and growing in complexity and intensity of flavor, but never overwhelming in the balance. The reserve wine list paired exquisitely with the entire selection. Each dish was explained as to the ingredients and some of the special preparation done for it by either the server, or more frequently, by the chef who made the dish. It was an awesome meal, a great experience, and I look forward to going back in the future.

This was a special occasion visit with my family. We were looking forward to a wonderful meal and we were in no way disappointed. We had the chef's tasting menu. From our wait service (thank you Peter) to the food to the pairings, we were delighted at every turn. Highly recommend a visit!

BEST steak in the country! Bravo to the chef on everything because it was out of this world. Highly recommend getting the Bison appetizer as it is truly an experience of its own. The setting is so romantic & beautiful. We will be making the drive from Wichita, KS back to Omaha again soon just to eat at this place.

Monarch Prime & Bar had been on my radar for quite some time so I was very much looking forward to Easter brunch. Our food was perfectly executed, I highly recommend the Waygu Benedict. However, I was not impressed by our waiter and service has a way of making or breaking an experience. I asked about specials I had seen posted by the restaurant and received a very short “we only have what you see on the menu” response. I ordered the bottomless mimosa and shouldn’t have since getting a refill was impossible. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to our waiter and he would rather be anywhere else. The rest of the staff that we interacted with were all lovely. The decor and the ambiance of Monarch is fabulous. I will visit again and hope for a better service experience.
