I ordered a pizza and a side salad on grubhub. The taste of the pizza was good so far, the salad was a bit boring. Delivery took far more than an hour and whilst in the car the pizza was placed in a wrong way, so that the cheese and the toppings moved a bit to the edge and beyond. Nevertheless I would eat their pizza again.
The pizza was good, things are pretty clean, but the wait took forever. The place looks moderately busy, but after we got our pizzas it took another hour just for our garlic knots, and we ordered them at the same time with the pizza when we came in.
Ok, it's rare for me to be negatively critical to a business. They pretty much have to be bad in several areas to get me to write anything negative, but it is what it is.
First off, the counter help was unprofessional.
Short communication, bordering on rude.
I'll blame it on his extreme youth though.
I sit down at a table and it's not very clean.
It's not that hard to clean a small square table.
The pizza was prepared quickly and served within 4 minutes of my order.
The pizza was ok, not bad, but I guess it had been over hyped to me. I've had much better in way smaller joints.
As I'm sitting there, I noticed NOBODY, front or back house staff is wearing masks.
Not one person.
Cool joint, I will try it again and edit this to reflect the next visit.
The pizza is amazing, and the customer service is top notch! First time eating here, but will definitely be returning for more!
Pizza doesn't get better than this. Heaven biting into every slice. The green pesto sauce? Unmatched - seriously it's that good. The white sauce? A taste of heaven. Add their high end cheeses and it beats the competition by a long shot. Matter settled. But don't take my word. You feel right home with the down to earth people greeting you. I'm new to the Omaha area and love trying pizza places. I think found my spot.
