Food is always great but since this is a time of a pandemic, I saw no one with gloves on or mask’s.
I work at a restaurant and you should be changing your gloves after every costumer if possible. For the safety of others and your employees. Thanks for the awesome food!

Great service through the drive-thru.

I ordered two bagels to go and they were very good! The reason I gave a three star review is because the lady who took my order wasn’t very friendly. I have ordered from many Panera restaurants (different locations throughout Midwest) and never felt that way. Also, one of the bathrooms had water all over the floor. There was not a single sign to warn the customers about the wet floor. I decided to let the lady that took my order know about the flooded floor in the bathroom and she told me that she knew the situation and the plumber is on his way. If she knew the floor had water why there wasn’t any sign to inform the customers.
