PepperJax Grill

Came in for lunch break with my coworker and a gentleman named Chris and two other gentlemen got our order ready and out quickly. They were super polite and friendly! Awesome experience! The food was delicious! 5 Star for sure!

Shrimp burrito was good but the service and cleanliness of this location is severely lacking. Young kids working seemed like we were more of an inconvenience than anything. Bought a soda for my 6 year old because she wanted a lemonade, advised kids working that it was empty in the fountain hoping they'd replace it, they acted like it was no big deal, 20 minutes later we left with no lemonade and we wasted $ on a soda my daughter never even got to drink. Restaurant was messy also, will not be going to this location ever again, used to frequent it quite often but it has gone way way down hill!!

Some of the PepperJax locations haven't seemed quite the same in recent years. This one was good tonight though. Philly and fries both tasted great, and of course Pepsi is always good! Only real complaint was that there was a lot of dirty tables when we arrived but it was close to 8pm which is probably close to the end of the dinner rush.
