Pla Too Thai

The summer rolls are great! Getting Thai hot is not for the amateur. So good it made me cry, or it was that spicy.

This staff was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. My ginger shrimp was very good. Will go there again.9

We were traveling from the Omaha airport to Lincoln and by blind luck decided to stop. It is indeed an old pizza hut but nicely decorated with a relaxed feel inside. The staff was very friendly and service was wonderful. The three of us had spring rolls and three different entrees. There is a nice choice of how hot you want your dish, and that worked well for us. All three entrees were well prepared and were delicious, as were the spring rolls. I would recommend this place for really good Thai food.

So this is a Thai place at 127th & Q St. It used to be a Pizza Hut, as is obvious when you see it from the street. The inside, much like these mom and pop oriental shops, serves a couple of functions. As for half of it, it is a fairly nice looking sit down restaurant. The other 1/2 is an oriental store with a small daycare in the corner. I could not make this stuff up, look at the pics. There was only one other table seated aside from us, but there was some take out traffic. The place was clean, but I didn't see the kitchen. The food looked and tasted fresh. The seasoning and sauces appeared to be genuine and in proper amounts. I had the Pad Thai Chicken. The others had Teriyaki Shrimp, egg rolls, rice, and whatever because I cannot name the dishes. Canned pop. My meal was a 4 star but the others said their meals were a bit better than average. See pics for what they had. So, I'd give it a 3.5.

This is my Thai favor restaurant now. The foods are authentic and service very nice. The own cook and she come out to say hi with big smile. I definitely love this place.
