For appetizers we had the pate so (think, meat pie) and the pork rolls. I had the Vietnamese pork chop while my girlfriend had the chicken curry. The pate so looks deceptively simple, but tastes simply awesome. For some reason I never ate too much curry growing up, but I kept tasting the curry, trying to figure out why I liked it so much. But It's the peanut sauce and the combination of ingredients in the pork roll that will us have coming back next week.
The food is absolutely awesome. The lemon grass meatballs are just plain siiiiick.
The spring rolls are bomb. The Crab Rangoon was so good. The calamari was tasty! I will be back again.
Seafood soup: large bowl w shrimp, mussels, calamari, and other seafood. Noodles, cilantro, slice of jalapeno. The light was dim, it was busy but quiet. Service a little slow but but not bad. Food was great!
Authentic Vietnamese place. Pad Thai and Bun Bo were very good! Would go back again. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Not on the main drag, but worth going to if you're in Omaha looking for some Asian food!
They feature Vietnam and Chinese food with a hint of Thai influence. The service was very good. The waiters pleasant and very attentive. I don't understand the other reviewers complaining about service problems. I thought the service was five stars on my visit. My guest and I ordered beef curry and Ginger Beef respectively. We also had the fresh spring rolls for an appetizer. Both of the beef dishes were tasty. They had a lot of vegetables and each dish with unique flavors though both were a bit too salty. The beef was the same low grade beef which cheap Chinese places use. The spring rolls were quite fresh they use clear rice paper and stuff them with rice, bean sprouts and shrimp. I thought these lacked flavor I wish they would have put tarragon or cilantro or other mild sweet herbs to give these spring rolls some flavor. The brown sauce that they serve with these rolls was tasty but again just too much salt. The prices are reasonable when compared to Chinese restaurants. I didn't think it was an especially excellent bargain as the food quality is not a five star rating but it is quite good.
