Sonic Drive-In

Omahas best 23 1/2 hour restaurant. Somehow I have a knack for hitting the drive thru during money drawer change out late night. Why does changing drawers take 30 minutes? The world will never know.

Mediocre food, at best. The tater tots were stale and somewhat crunchy, and the burger was soggy and mushed. On a positive note, the staff was professional and friendly, and the service prompt.

Wow we had the best service from a young man at literally 11:55 pm at night when it was freezing rain/snow and windy as all get out. He was so nice & upbeat bringing us our food even in the nasty weather. He even commented "I love working for Sonic - it's a great place". I wish I could remember his name. It was on Sunday, Nov 10th. I'm not racist but want to describe him properly to give him credit, he was a young black gentleman - he provided some of the best service I had at any restaurant in ages. Especially with the weather being awful & it was right before closing time. You wouldn't have guessed that it wasn't a bright sunny afternoon. Also they were super busy but our food had no delays & was nice & hot. Kudos to this Sonic location, the young man & the staff that night.

Good food, good service!

Sonic itself is not very clean however very delicious. People aren't very friendly however they are not mean they are just there to do their job. Orders get out in a timely manner. Getting into the Sonic is very frustrating. The way that intersection is built people are very confused when they are driving
