(July 27, 2020, 2:03 am)First off the service! Kurt may be the best server in Omaha. I'm not exaggerating! Second if you don't try the bruschetta you are missing out. This isn't that crunchy crispy croutons with pico you're used to. This is legit one of my favorite appetizers and will come back just to get it. Then to get to the dinner. Kurt brings me out a massive steak, and brings my wife a wonderful looking piece of salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. I have nothing but great things to say about The Collins and this place is worth a try!
