Britnee and Emily were honestly the best servers I've ever had, so kind and attentive! My husband and I were celebrating an anniversary and everyone made us feel so special as soon as we walked in the door. The food was fresh and amazing, multiple people came over to apologize about the wait on our food, but we were happy to get to hang out longer! We will definitely be back and recommending to everyone!

Tried this as a celebration for a new job and it blew me away! Our server Abby was so nice and personable and explained the restaurant and story and menu wonderfully. The drinks were mixed deliciously and the food was some of the best food i’ve had in the Omaha area. Chef/Cook Greg is fantastic and i’m glad he got to come say hi to us at our table. Him explaining how wonderful this place is behind the scenes really made me excited to support it. Thank you for a wonderful experience with food and service.

The food quality and presentation was excellent! Service was great. Awesome wine list and cocktail menu. The acoustics of the space are a bit wonky. Seated first at the table overlooking the kitchen prep area. Couldn’t even hear our waiter and table so big couldn’t have a conversation. Staff was very accommodating in moving our group and all was good. Wonderful evening with family!

Absolutely fabulous dinner! I’d put Salted Edge in my top 5 Omaha restaurants (even if it is in Waterloo). West Omaha residents rejoice, because now we have an amazing restaurant within a short drive of us! But definitely make sure you make a reservation before going, because this place is in high demand. I loved my jam cocktail, and we both devoured the bread board (the cornbread is uniquely delightful). Hubby love the bison and lobster dish, while I enjoyed the Plumb Creek chicken entree (really wonderful seasoning). Excellent service, and it’s fun to watch the open kitchen or the lake, depending on where you’re seated.

This place is great. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu. All of the food was on point. The staff and service are excellent. The ambiance is something I didn't know that Omaha has been missing. Open kitchen and a well integrated mixture of different dining layouts. Huge windows with great views of the water and the outdoor patio, which is well heated comfortable even on cold nights. You can tell everything has been well planned as the execution is nearly perfect with the considerable amount of tables and seats occupied a majority of the time.
