Also stayed a night at the campground. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Full hookups and a great price! -

(June 23, 2022, 8:04 pm)Stayed 1 night at Oregon Trail Trading Post Campground at $31.60 per night with FHU. This 12 site campground is just a basic campground, W/E/S with shade trees. Very few residents were present and the road noise, while present subsided after dark. Paying at the Trading Post was quick and easy. The sites were mostly level, but the sewer connection are on the wrong side at several sites. Water pressure was at 30 PSI. I received NO OTA TV stations. Verizon and AT&T worked well. There is an active train track near-by but there are no crossing’s near-by requiring a train horn. There is no bathrooms or showers. No pool or kiddy playground.

(May 10, 2022, 11:54 am)Great stop on the way going West past Lake McConaughy. There were options for lunch that were specials for the day. The loaded burrito was good and plenty of food.
