“So I’m hard of hearing and it’s hard for me to talk sometimes. But with all of the people wearing masks I can read lips. So when I went in I wrote my order on my phone and handed it to the lady and she made my order and was very sweet and did amazing. But after I paid she came up to me and handed me free cookies and that is something that will stick with me for a long time.”
