Arby's

While taking classes at the University, I frequent this Arby's around once a week. This location is what all Arbys should strive to be. Always clean, quick, and friendly. By far the most common spot for my lunches.

Food is always great, tasty. A year ago I had a terrible experience with a staff name Alex there (she seemed like a shift-leader or supervisor). She helped me 2-3 times and always looked grumpy. She got mad when I took longer to order (I bought 13 sandwiches for 5 people at the same time). I am easy person. I came to get food. she choosed to work there. She couldn't handle a small mistake I made. I came to have pleasant moment, I don't pay for this bad attitude from someone just because she was not happy with her life. Now I haven't seen her there and much happier to come enjoy the food.

Great service here. Kyle Peterson was amazing. He took care of drive threw and then helped us at front counter. Acknowledged us when we walked in. In my opinion he was very professional. Food was hot when we got it and was very good. Thank you for letting me have a better experience than I had at the other store tonight.
