(January 22, 2020, 4:20 am)Exceptional service. I can always count on Blue for a five-star experience for a classy night out or a business lunch. Their menu is fresh and updated periodically. I have never tasted a poor quality roll there. The atmosphere and cuisine experience are a delight.

The staff are so absolutely fantastic, so nice, so attentive, and very knowledgeable.
They have such an amazing selection of vegan sushi and appetizers and all of them are super delicious and very inventive! The best roll I've had and what I will be craving I think was called the Cowgirl Roll, so great!
Next time I am in town for business I will definitely be back :) -

Jaime, the GM, made a personal visit with a special, lovely treat. So impressed. Love love love the BLUE!
