Cactus Modern Mexican & Cantina

The food was amazing! Ordered for a large number on short notice and they were extremely nice to work with and everything was perfect. They even delivered it to us. Would definitely order from them again!

We love the vibe Cactus has & their service bar side or in the dining room is wonderful. This past stop was after the last Husker women's basketball game so we took advantage of the free Hot Mess dip & sat in the bar. Happy hour was hopping & our server suggested several wonderful cocktails & other appetizer selections. The salmon quesadillas were delicious.

I can honestly say this place is very likable. Good people and friendly atmosphere. Ultimately, I like the food, but I had a weird experience with my burrito. The tortilla nearly ruined the contents of the burrito. There's nothing wrong with the tortilla either; it just zapped the steak of flavor. Once I opened the burrito I could taste everything! Weird, right?! So, at worst, really good food! I hope you try them out and enjoy.

We have been to Cactus several times! Each time has been a fun and different experience. We have been to Street Taco Friday and tried their Yoda margaritas another night. We have gone on a date and as a group and had fantastic servers each time. They are friendly and prompt and make sure we are satisfied with our food. Although some of the items can be a bit pricy, it is a delicious menu with lots of choices. We can’t wait for our next trip to Cactus!

This is my Favorite modern Mexican venue. It is owned by same owner as my Local Favorite Restaurant “Venue” Classy dining option. Will be interesting to see this place hold down that location that has struggled previously. Great outside patio options for evening dinners outside with fire pit, sunsets, and tequila. Food Worth the money. Don’t know if this tequila is worth the $120 per shot though???
