    First time here. The staff was really nice and let us have stuff that would normally be extra for free and even gave us 25% off our order. Food is good. We like the white rice better than brown because of the citrusy flavor it has. Oh! Don't forget to add the corn salsa! You won't regret it!

    I order delivery and they forgot to add both orders of chips and salsa. The manager quickly fixed everything and offered us refund and entree. Great customer service!

    It's still Chipotle, but the worst one of the 3 in town. They seem to struggle with staffing and consistency, one likely correlated to the other. Best in town I'd hands-down the downtown location, followed by O St. They're busy due to their location despite their struggles.
