The food is very fresh. I like the atmosphere, and did you think it's a good place for everybody to find something to eat.my family has a lot of different dietary restrictions and we never have a problem finding sugar-free, gluten-free, healthy options, and unhealthy options. They have good coffee and lattes. So far I haven't eaten anything that I didn't like. I would have given five stars except we waited for half an hour for a table, and there were several open tables while we were waiting.
Still going to give them 5 stars because it’s so awesome to have a cute breakfast place in Lincoln! Gluten free pancakes...excellent! It took a bit to get the food but it was delicious! Definitely will be back the next time we are in town.
I enjoyed the variety of the menu. We started off by trying the homemade pop tart - "red fruit". It was covered with sprinkles and lightly frosted. It was delicious. The coffee was really really bitter. The crust was similar to a pie crust. I had sausage biscuits and gravy. It was the best sausage biscuits and gravy I've had in a long time. My husband had the fried cheese omelet. It was interesting. Not something either of us really enjoyed but it was OK. My daughter had the kids pancake and she added chocolate and pb. The pancakes are "malted"... The 3 of us didn't enjoy or finish the pancake. They were dry and the malted milk flavoring wasn't a good addition. She had tator tots as her side and really liked them. She likened them to Amigos tator tots... Which she claims are the best in the world ;) We would be willing to try this place again to try other things on their menu.
You won't find much on the menu that is familiar, but the good is good and well priced for the portions. You can tell they are aimed more at a modern crowd, but they have a few classics. The English muffins ate homemade and amazing, The hashbrowns were well seasoned, and the coffee was perfect.
Despite being very busy on new year's morning, we only had top wait about ten minutes to be seated, and service was prompt and polite.
EXCELLENT food, great service and prices. Extra clean and comfortable. Unique breakfast menu. You must eat here! It's "Good Evans" in clocktower shopping center.
