Grisanti's was a great place to go to dinner. The food was solid and the atmosphere was good. It was pricey though.
Darned good food if you like basic Italian in the $15-$20 range. The lasagna is probably my favorite restaurant lasagna outside of really expensive places, and I highly recommend the tomato tortellini soup.
Loved the soup and salad (tomato tortellini is the way to go), haven't tried much else on the menu. Service is a big hit and miss. At times we've had great servers who kept us fresh on drinks, salad, bread, etc., but just as often we've had some spacy waiter/waitress during a non-busy time who only has two tables to cover, and we'll go 15 minutes without seeing a trace of them multiple times during the meal. The food is fantastic though, if only the service could keep up.
Everyone that sat/served my girlfriend and I, were very nice. We got a seat right away and our food was prepared very nicely. Definitely recommended for families or couples that like Italian food and a calm environment.
