Metro Dining Delivery - Restaurant Delivery Service

Had some really great customer service from a driver named Eugune. I ordered a delivery recently which included a drink. On the receipt it was written that the drink was free as the restaurant I ordered from didn't have the selected drink at the time. The driver left a note that they stopped elsewhere to pick me up a drink on without charging me. Was very kind and small gestures like that awesome!

My car was stuck on ice in a parking lot. The driver Kris stopped and helped me put salt down under my tires and then pushed me out! A Good Samaritan he is! He did not have to do this. A great employee!!

I have always had great service from metro and the drivers are respectful. People give them bad ratings for the prices and the time it takes for delivery. The website clearly states the time is estimated and you are in line, so if they are busy it will take time for delivery (read people). I support this local business and sadly other bigger companies like uber eats or door dash cause prices to go up. Tip your driver for braving the roads and drivers. It may cost you more but local businesses have to make a living with the corporate competition.
