I went to OSO today for the first time. I got halfway through my burrito when I noticed a huge piece of paper in it. I discretely informed the guy at the counter who then asked what I was having - I assume to make another. I informed him that I didn't want another and that was the end of it. He didn't even ask if I wanted a card to redeem for a free one at a later time or anything. He just walked off with my contaminated burrito. My friend also came out of the bathroom saying how unclean they were. I will NEVER be going back there again. I understand that things happen but make it seem like you actually care and take some accountability for it.

An excellent alternative to Chipotle for the burrito lover. My favorite dish to get is the rice bowl, with black beans, grilled pork (which is amazing on its own), curry style with some grizzly salsa. So good.

Oso is local business so you won't find anything quite like it anywhere else. One of my favorite restaurants anywhere.

The most amount of choices & selection I have ever seen from a burrito place, anyone could eat here no matter what dietary restrictions they have. More than just a burrito place plus so much different types of items & flavor to have a different burrito combination every day for a year. Plus they offer ww tortillas-hard to find that anywhere!! This place has no competition, it cannot be beat!! The best!!
