Pho And Grill

Pho was up there with some of the best I've had. Broth was rich but not super salty, very fragrant. I got the thin sliced "steak" (menu item P1), and it was super tender.
Didn't love the egg roll. A bit greasy, and the filling was pretty mushy, almost like it was undercooked. Not saying it was, just unappealing texture.
Spring rolls were nice and fresh. No pork, just shrimp, noodles, and mint. Dipping sauce was the standard peanut style and it was fine...it's always too sweet for me so I really don't eat it anyway.
Daughter's mango smoothie was a hit. I would be surprised if they used fresh mango but it tasted like it.
Two young men served us and they were actually pretty great. It was moderately busy but they were on top of things, and very polite.
Pho and Grill didn't quite knock our favorite pho place out of the number 1 slot, but it got close!

The to go packaging is amazing! The salted lemonade drink is a must and the egg rolls with the noodle plate is really good! It’s clean and the service is excellent

My daughter and I tried this.out today. Clean, fast service, great plate presentation, everything fresh and.tasted wonderful. Waitress helpful and smiling. This is a do-over and will bring my husb as nd next time. Highly recommend Shaky Beef

We come here often. It's the closest to mom's home cooking I can find here in town. Best Vietnamese restaurant in Lincoln. I've tried them all. Our favorites are: Beef round eye steak Pho, Bun Bo Hue (Beef lemongrass noodle soup), Grilled Pork with rice, Grilled Beef noodle bowl (pictured), Chicken clay pot (pictured). Consistently tasty. Friendly and clean restaurant. Support small, local businesses!

This was our first time here, a friend recommended it, well, it did not disappoint, We had the shrimp roll appetizer, was really good, then the Pho with rice noodles, added shrimp since it was Friday, very tasty, my daughter got the Sea food fried rice, she loved it, the mango drink was amazing. I'll definitely come back. Good came quickly, the service was outstanding. Is recommend this place.
