Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I love canes and it’s been my absolute favorite place for a really long time, however I noticed that recently they are changing the size of the chicken fingers and they suddenly shrunk. So in the past I used to get the 3 finger combo and eat only one and 1/2 chicken and get full, but now with this size you don’t feel like it’s enough. This was such a disappointment because we’re paying to get a good full meal. I was shock when I saw how small the fingers were! So disappointed

I'm pretty much a regular at this location at this point and I have an order I get nearly every time however about 20 minutes ago I decided to change my order because I didnt need a large meal today and I'm sharing it. I ordered a box combo trade the coleslaw for extra fries trade the bread for an extra canes sauce but I was told I cant make multiple substitutions to the box combo so I asked to trade the coleslaw for the fries and just don't give me the bread and when she repeated the order I couldn't really hear so I went up to the window and asked for her to repeat my order and she had said they made the substitution for the bread for the extra canes sauce and then when I thought we had it all figured out I got to the second window and I was given one side of fries and four strips. I work in fast food so I didnt want to screw up their times and left before checking my food since I've never had an issue with them before so I wasn't able to fix the mistake and only found out it was wrong when i got home.. I'm sharing the food I got today and its not even enough for one of us and I'm most certainly not going to sit in that line again for another fifteen minutes just to have the same issues. Like I said though I am pretty much a regular and have never had issues like this before but today really hit the wrong tune.

Ive been here a few different times. So far I have had nothing but good experiences. Great customer service, the employees at this canes goes above and beyond any expectations I have when I go to a restaurant. This is my suggested Raising Canes to visit in Lincoln, NE.

Gotta love Canes!! Great like the other locations I've been too. Friendly staff, good fingers, clean place.

The food is good here. I love how they do fundraisers. A portion of this afternoon's profits will go to our school.
