They forgot my dipping sauces. But food was good.
I'm pretty impressed with their Southwest Black Bean Runza sandwich. It's amazing!
Everything is a bit more expensive than other fast food joints. Staff is nice. The only thing that they don't do good at is their onion rings. How can they make everything else so good and tasty but have bland as can be onion rings. Fries are fries....so yeah. Knock yourselves trying those onion rings and I'll send prayers your way.
Some people make fun of Runza due to the slight similarity to Hot Pockets, but truth is it's really tasty and very unique. I love the cheese Runza, and the fact that they are still doing soft serve ice cream. It's a staple when I'm in Lincoln, NE.
Staff is friendly, and usually quick to take your walk in order. Restaurant was recently remodeled and tables are usually clean.
Waited about 5 minutes for a junior burger in the drive-thru...which is kinda long when you're waiting. The staff was nice! Meat was fresh and hot, but the bun was cold. Was very disappointed in the size of the junior burger and the price. $2 for a very tiny snack. It doesn't seem like Runza prices coincide with the quantity of food.
