    I haven't eaten out for 2 months because of covid-19 but ate at Runza yesterday and it was pretty fast considering the line. Wonderful food and service. The person that came up with frings should get some kind of award

    The cashier was pleasant with lots of smiles. she brought our food out to our table when it was ready which was very nice. When we were finished eating another staff member offered to take our tray back for us. The staff of this location definitely goes above and beyond what you would typically find at most fast food places. We will definitely be back again.

    My first experience! Awesome awesome awesome. I highly recommend the original. Flavors are a perfect blend. This is like going back to my grandma's! Which is amazing!
    Staff was friendly, establishment very clean. Service was prompt, and food was fresh and hot.
    If you've never had a Runza you are truly missing a piece of old school homemade best ever comfort food. How can something so simple be so tremendously good?!

    The customer service is great BUT the food is an acquired tasted though
