Taco Bell

I love Taco Bell. However this experience was a little less than average. The guy taking my order said he was ready, so I said my whole order, then he goes “what was that”. Okay whatever. I then pay for my food and that was fine until the lady forgot my drink. I mentioned this and they corrected it right away. However they handed me a Baja blast with no ice in it. Maybe it was for the next person in line idk. I would like ice though. Food was fine but service a little poor.

I have always had good experience with the day crew at this taco bell (but maybe a little trouble with the night crew in the past, though that was a bit ago so they might have new employees.) In any case, when I've gone during the day they always do a great job, even when they have new employees and are busy juggling training and a customer rush. My food has always been right, and when I talk to the drive through employees they're not scared to talk like a person instead of a customer service robot. Just a heads up that the drive through is a little weird to get into, but it's my method of choice and this is my Taco bell of choice.

I liked that you could order up front on a touch screen, but disliked the add-ons cost extra. Otherwise, it was great food and I liked it better than Taco John's!

It was a great visit! We havent been to this one and the wait staff was very kind, polite and patient! We had a couple of different changes and the got it right!! Way to go!!
