Taj Ali Middle Eastern Restaurant

Glad we finally got around to trying this restaurant. I got the chicken tikka and a side of falafels. All were delicious! The free tea to accompany the meal was really nice. Service was a little slow the evening we went and our group’s meals all came out at different times. But overall the food and customer service were really good, so 5 stars! Will be back!

We tried the beef shawarma & the chicken tikka with piece of pistachio baklava. Everything was excellent. The meats where well cooked and had great flavors. I can’t remember what kind of sauce came with the beef shawarma, but it was absolutely fantastic! The baklava whilst small in portion was also great. Good clean presentations on the plate. The quality of the entire meal was on point. Give ‘em try if you haven’t.

Today I have tried their food, I was looking for Halal food and was so glad to find this one. I tried beef kebab plate with rice. Kebab was mouth watering and rice was also too good. I highly recommend if anyone wants to try Mediterranean food.

Happened upon this place just by chance and WOW. Absolutely blown away. My husband and I got the Taj Ali Combo for 2 and it was so much food. Everything was delicious. I don’t even like hummus but I was devouring it as soon as it was on the plate. 10/10 coming back again and recommend

I live in NYC and have access to some solid middle eastern cuisine options, but this is by far the most memorable! So good. This was unexpected and I was impressed. We were just stopping by during a road trip and I’m glad we found this. I got no.26 (beef & chicken kebab with rice) and it was so flavorful - especially the chicken kebab. Baba Ganoush and hummus also excellent. Wish I lived closer!
