    This poor BK is really run down. Getting your food is slow, on a typical trip at least several pop flavors are out, there hasn't been a ketchup dispenser for months (they have a small tub of packets at the counter at least), and generally the place is not well kept outside. It just looks sad. Still, it's the only place is Columbus to get Zesty Sauce, so I still get lunch there every other week or so. It could do a lot better than it does, though.

    Clean and fast

    Food was good. I got a whopper and vegetables were fresh, and the French fries were hot and cris - always. However the floor felt slick by the restrooms. Bathroom was dirty as were a majority of the windows. Cleanliness is what brought my rating down.
