Awesome store everyone is amazing here pizza is great and so are the people working here al amazing!

I was excited to enjoy this new Caseys. I ordered pizza and went to pick it up. There was chaos in the kitchen. Liz was yelling at other employees and worried about getting her cigarette. Then she decided to argue with us about our pick up time. Tried to say we were early when in fact we weren’t. There was another older lady trying to help and she was amazing. She’s the only reason I didn’t do a 1 Star. They had 1 pizza that the other lady made but Liz told her it was burnt. Honestly it look pretty good. Needless to say with all the attitude we decided to leave instead of waiting for the other pizza to be made. I understand there’s growing pains but to have a employee give so much attitude in the presence of guest is not a good look. A customer service class might be in order. I will give it another try after they get it together. Great location though.

I love this new store... This smells so good inside I want to buy one of everything and eat
