Came here to pick up food for my family, and they were training a new person and quite busy. Understandably, my order was going to take a little longer than usual, which wasn't a problem. Apparently, the customer behind us was throwing an absolute fit because of some dumb reason. Nick was the senior employee on staff, and he came out to explain our order was going to take just a little bit longer. Again, no problem. He offered us free drinks or pies or something to make it good. He really went above and beyond in trying to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this location, specifically because Nick was awesome. Excellent customer service, and exactly the kind of food quality you'd expect of Long John Silver's. Thanks again, Nick.
Nick is awesome! Went through the drive-thru and he was super nice, food was a little delayed due to it having to be made when we got there but he informed us of the delay and was super patient and awesome! Go here and demand to be serviced by nick.
A few weeks ago we decided to eat here since we haven't been to a Long John Silvers in awhile. The prices were quite realistic, especially for the all you can eat special promotion that was active at the time. However, the main reason for writing this review is due to the service provided. I sincerely wish I would have gotten the gal's name that was working but she truly took strives to do her best. Considering she was the only employee working in the entire restaurant at the time. I'm not sure that practice is exactly safe.... however, she amazed us how well she was able to manage the drive-thru and lobby of customers completely on her own and within a timely manner!
Service was fast and good, not too bad price wise, especially if sign up for their text messages.
