The City Pub

First time visiting here as I enjoy going to new places many times a week. Walked in and sat at the bar and took forever for anyone to acknowledge my small group even though it was not busy. Immediately I was not impressed. I ended up ordering chicken that came in a bowl for $23 and a drink which was definitely not worth the price. Overall, the atmosphere is amazing but the service and food left a lot to be desired and definitely not worth a $40 tab at the end of the day. Wouldn’t recommend as a place to stop as your money gets much better flavor & service elsewhere.

This is a great stop. We had the wings and fries and the sirloin steak, finishing with the bread pudding. The steak, mashed potatoes and asparagus were delicious. The wings were moist and large. The fries were okay.
Overall we had a great dinner. The staff were very nice and helpful. Menu has a good variety overall.
I was disappointed to see the lack of mocktail options.

Great new place in La Vista City Center. Wonderful menu- appetizers, small plates and entrées! I like to check the burgers at a new place (if you can't get that right I don't worry about the rest) and they are fantastic! Pizza is really good. I've tried a couple of the apps and loved them. The space is going to set this place apart. Two levels, with an outdoor 2nd level bar space. I'll be back!

Stopped in for a quick lunch today and was very pleased. The service was super quick and everything came out deliciously warm. I tried a few things to test out different flavors.

First was the Blue Cheese Chips. I am a big blue cheese fan so these hit just right. The bacon was delicious and there was quite a bit of it! This for sure a two person appetizer. I ended up taking half of it home.

Second was the Bacon Jamburger. The meat alone on this burger was delicious. I do wish it was cooked a little less for more juice but still was delicious. The bacon onion jam had great flavor and could have used a tad bit more of it. I loved the fries and perfectly cooked.

Overall for lunch it was amazing. The location is super fun with multiple areas for any kind of mood you may be in. I could easily see my wife and friends eating downstairs and my buddies and I upstairs playing pool.

There is a really nice patio that sitting outside with cocktails would be great.
