That steak was prepared properly and cooked to my liking. I enjoyed the seasoned potatoes so much that I almost forgot to eat my steak. Overeasy In my opinion is the second best way to enjoy eggs. and they didn't mess them up☺️👍🏿. Sapp Bros is fire!... You know how at some places where you order overeasy, they are all flat and / or overcooked. Me either but I've heard🤭

I've been here in the restaurant twice today, 03-11-2024. Frankly, I'm a bit disappointed. The service was good for breakfast, they didn't have a few things I wanted, the waitress was apologetic. I knew it wasn't her fault, so I moved on. I ordered my food, a country fried steak with eggs and potatoes. My food came, and I noticed a hair on my steak plate. The waitress came and took my plate, asked if I would like it remade, I did because that's gross. Not long after she brought the plate back, she brought the check. There was no offer if anything other than to remake. Like having hair in ones food is just normal. I paid my ticket and left. Good was great. The simple fact that the hair was just ignored left a bad taste in my mouth.

I came back for dinner, had wanted the special, and ordered it, meatloaf and whatever side. However, the waitress came back to my table and told me that the cook had lost count and they were out of the special. Again, not her fault, but extremely disappointing. So, I order the Country fried steak dinner with garlic Parm fries, and a side salad. The steak was huge, I barely ate half, most of my food ended up in the takeout box. The waitress brought my ticket and I paid, but I like to sit for a bit and allow my food to digest before walking back to my truck for the night. Once my check was paid, I became invisible to the waitress. There were maybe 2 other tables at the time, so it's not like she was super busy. Having been a server before, I take customer service pretty serious, and I dislike when servers act like customers don't exist. I may have paid, but I could open a new ticket, get coffee and/or dessert, but you'll never know because you never checked on me again.

The service is nice, the food is excellent, but should always continue to check on someone who's still sitting at one of your tables. And then to top it off, they come to tell me that they closed and I'm no longer allowed to sit in there.

The bathroom and store were clean and organized. Lealand was very friendly and helpful with a good attitude. The food items I wanted were not fresh and he requested fresh food to be made for me, to which I was very thankful.
The food items in the case should be timed for quality and freshness. Sapp Bros has some of the better deli food, keep it fresh!
