Starbucks

Loved the coffee as always! Traveling home to Missouri, bathrooms were a lifesaver, too ??

While traveling from Reno, Nevada to Iowa City, Iowa, my family and I were very exhausted and quite honestly tired of the state of Nebraska. We stopped at this Starbucks to order some drinks after having stopped at the nearby Wendy’s where they didn’t give us enough forks. Nathan took our order and we expressed our frustration with Nebraska and asked for forks. Nathan was incredibly kind and did his most to help us. Hayden met us at the window and talked with us about our travels. Nathan completed handing us our order and changed our minds about Nebraska having nothing good about it, while pointing at the sunset. This Starbucks exceeded expectations and made the rest of our drive through Nebraska tolerable.

Hayden was super friendly and pleasant. Despite having to stand in the rain to give us our order he apologized for making us wait, even though we really didn’t have to wait long. Thanks for a great experience!

Great customer service at this location! My original drink was missing caramel and I went back and asked a new one and they were extremely grateful for honesty and glad to help. Customer service is tough and having respect and taking pride in your work goes so far. They could have responded negatively - these workers deserve recognition and praise for their hard work and helpfulness!

It's a pretty typical Starbucks. Enough seating for 20-25 people. Not a ton of power outlets though so bring a charged battery or extension cord if you're trying to get some work done
