“I hosted a book signing event at the Chocolate Bar just days before Christmas (2023) and it went fantastic. Jen was so amazing to work with. She was available for planning and willing to adjust to my needs. The room was set up just as I had requested. The event was a huge success, and the room was packed...the staff was so warm to all of the attendants! After it was over, I enjoyed a delicious meal from their menu in the dining area, where I received incredible customer service. Great Job, Chocolate Bar!”

“I came here a week ago and can’t believe I’ve never been before! The atmosphere is very calming and I think it would be a great place for studying. I went here with my grandma for lunch and it was a wonderful place to sit and talk. I loved their coffee, and I’m pretty picky with coffee. Their espresso had a nice taste and my latte was beautifully made. The avocado toast I had was most definitely the best avo toast I’ve ever had. The seasoning was great, you could tell the avocado was fresh and the egg on top was also wonderful. The service was nice as well, and the people behind the counter were very kind and efficient. Lovely place that I recommend!”

“My boyfriend and I made a stop at Bloom Coffee while visiting family up in Nebraska, and it was probably one of the highlights from the trip! We were first drawn in by the aesthetics of the shop (I’m a sucker for plants, good graphic design, and beautiful interior lol). We had the blackberry brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso & the peach latte from their Summer Menu. Both drinks were delicious 🤤 we are truly so sad they’re not in Texas! The shop also has on display a bunch of art & goodies you can buy to support other local artists/businesses! I look forward to coming again when I’m back in Lincoln!”

Update: A year later and it's still a must stop during our weekly visits to Lincoln. All the drinks are amazing, the croffles are delicious, the sushi is tasty and the crab rangoon is the best. The owners are super friendly and know us as well as our drink order each time we come in. The place is clean. We usually take to go, but occasionally we will sit at a table inside or even outside. I’ve tried many things on the menu and they’re all great - the weekend biscuits & gravy are a must-try, the malted pancakes and crepes are so good and the Denver Omelette is so fresh and stuffed with ingredients. There’s a great outside patio too when the weather is nice. You should definitely give Kitt’s a try!”

“My husband and I were impressed by the kindness and care of the owner. We didn't realize they were closed and she saw us trying to come in and popped her head out to say sorry she was closed. She offered to make us something anyways on the house. She was so kind and easy to talk to. She made my husband a quick coffee and gave me some water. We were wiped out after helping with a wedding and it felt like such a relief to be cared for and seen. She was thoughtful and took time for us outside of normal business hours. That says a lot about the character of those who own and run New Day Coffee, and that is something worth supporting. “It is no secret to my friends and family that I love me some Starbucks. Usually I don’t review companies that have thousands of locations and are obviously well known however…. I had an amazing experience so I’m leaving a review. The facility is brand new so I was hesitant about going since most places have a rocky start but this place was running very smoothly! The whole place is very clean INCLUDING the bathrooms! The staff were wiping down and cleaning the whole time I was in the coffee shop. The drinks looked and tasted wonderful! Plus the staff members were super friendly and ready to assist me as soon as I was ready. Unfortunately one of my drinks exploded all over my car (super sad and I’m sure we’ve all been there) I was not expecting it but multiple staff members noticed and came out to help clean up the mess. They brought a wet rag to clean the seat and lots of napkins. They even brought out a fresh drink to replace the one that was now all over the drivers seat. The staff at this location are all super friendly and I would highly recommend stopping by for some coffee! It has a drive through and everything if you are like me and just passing through on a long journey!”
