“EDIT 2020: I wrote my previous review over five years ago. This Starbucks location has really changed since that unfortunate visit. The manager had reached out to me and apologized for the situation. I have had excellent service at this location since my first review, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I just wanted to be fair about this review and so I am changing my one star to five stars! :) This location was disgraceful on 8/22/15. Staff was standing around; took almost five minutes to be acknowledged for our order, tables were filthy, and two of the staff members thought it was HILARIOUS watching an elderly woman get soaked in the rain and trying to keep her umbrella from blowing away. I think it's really sad when people must be so bored that they have to make fun of someone!”

Today was not one of those days as I drove through about 7:00 a.m., and received a still frozen sandwich along with my coffee for the morning . perhaps something is wrong with their oven because this is never been the case early in the morning . I tried to call and let them know that there is might be something wrong with their oven, but the number they have listed does not work and continue to ring into Oblivion. Well normally I would recommend this location, perhaps check the quality of your food items before you leave the drive-thru LOL. I have never had a problem with their coffee or mixed drinks however.”
