Most importantly they have pinball and it is Ghostbusters which I have not played before and I am a huge pinball nerd. The lineup tonight.. ......Appetizers Famous pit rolls...., absolutely delicious me and the wife both love these amazing flavors, it is exactly what you would expect and the spicy mayonnaise has just a slight kit but my wife even likes it and she don't do hot As we're sitting here, we saw a brisket sandwich pass by, looks absolutely delicious, generous portion.... Next time, I will try that... Cowboy sliders... I really liked these.... .......Entrees Brisket.... very good, nice flavor, perfectly cooked Pulled Pork.. good Chicken.. good Ribs... good ........ sides Mac and cheese.... decent.. Baked beans.... decent.. Overall, good food.. As far as what I'd recommend, it would be the brisket, famous pit rolls and cowboy sliders...”

They do make it right in front of you so be patient - more of an experience versus fast food. This time wife has a mint chocolate and I had Smore. Macaroons looked very good but did not try one (this time).”

“Went here for date night with the wife and so glad we did. I remember when the place was a sushi restaurant, and upon walking in, the transformation of the space was pretty amazing. To me it has a trendy but rustic look. It was pretty busy when we went, which was a Saturday night, but luckily we made reservations. I think that's probably the way to go since this seems like a popular spot. The staff was welcoming, and our server was attentive and informative, given this was our first time visiting. I ended up ordering the fried chicken, the wife got the bibimbap. We also ordered the Brussels sprouts/cauliflower in Thai chili sauce appetizer which was super yum! The wife really liked her dish. Tasting it myself, I thought it was very good as well. My fried chicken was good, but it was borderline overdone. The crust was a dark brown vs golden brown, and retained a bit more grease than I would have liked. And, the meat was right on the line of being overcooked. BUT... luckily it wasn't, though it was close. Overall, my dish was tasty and the accompanying risotto and carrot puree were delicious. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you haven't already.”

“This was our first time at the Red Rooseter. The good was really good. Our waiter Grant was very nice and had a great personality. He helped me pick between 2 meals. My table had Chicken Fried Chicken, Bacon Melt, Grilled Shrimp, Fried Shrimp, and Wings. The owner was also very nice and told my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law the history if the restaurant since we were curious. We will definitely be back.”

“Lovely small town diner. Cash only but they do accept local checks. We had the cinnamon roll, French toast, eggs over easy, toast and sausage links, Philly omelette with toast and hash-browns and chocolate chip pancakes. Everything was good. Several local brew's they were out of, probably because they were really good. I highly recommend the 88 Tactical Restaurant. We have also ate Brunch on Sundays several times. I understand this is a new location, and some kinks will be worked out over time. Wide selection of food. English menu's. Clean established. Large parking lot easily accessible to pickups and stock/ gooseneck trailers. Street parking for semi trucks and trailers.”
