    Excellent food (the lamb was so tender and delicious), beautiful restaurant, friendly and attentive staff, the ideal dining experience! The Gulab Jamoon is to die for, if you're having dessert it's a must.

    Got there at 11 A.M. for the lunch buffet ($11.99). The food was AMAZINGLY flavorful, fresh and piping hot. The staff there were VERY attentive too. I WILL be making this place one of my regular stops.

    This place was really good. I can't believe it wasn't busier. We were going to Red's but the wait was crazy long so we tried Flavors of India. Good choice. I will absolutely try it again. Good friendly service. Excellent food and didn't take forever either. Everything was very clean also. Very pleased overall. 5 stars for what it is. This place should be busy. I can't understand why there aren't more people eating here. If you like Indian food, you have to try it. If you're like me and keep driving by thinking you should try it some day, stop waiting. Try it out. I think you'll be happy.

    The food was delicious. The service was a little slow due to what appeared to be only one person working in a Sunday night. I thought the prices were a bit high for the area but I'd go back.

    Most authentic Indian food ever.

    Seriously come down from South lake Tahoe to experience this food.

    The atmosphere is of classical India

    And beautiful

    For weddings events parties

    I could go on and on why this should be your first stop in Carson!

    The owner is wonderful and this is a complete labor of love

    There should be one of these in every village in America
