“This is a review for China Palace which recently opened in Carson City, Nv. I expected a buffet like our regular spot which used to be there, but i was dissappointed, no buffet. Now for the actual review after my rant. When we walked in, i noticed the nice decor with a quiet relaxing vibe. The waitress was nice and efficient. She was quick and the food was out quicker then I expected. The hot and sour soup was good even though spicier then I've had before, which I enjoyed. I had the General Chicken which came with an egg roll, a fried shrimp and rice. The fried rice wasn't seasoned enough, but that's usually the case with fried rice. The egg roll and shrimp was good. The general chicken had barely a hint of spiciness, which I'm used to it being more spicy. My biggest problem with it is that it tasted more like orange chicken then general chicken. But it still tasted good. I also tasted the the sweet and sour chicken which was good. Another negative is you only get one free soda refill or they charge extra. “Place just opened back up not too long ago rebranded as Don Jose. Just popped in while cruising down Carson St. Figured, what the hell, looks just shady enough that they might have a really good burger. Spoiler alert: Their burgers are bomb. I mean, really good. Might be the best burger in town now. I had their Western Burger that had onion rings and BBQ sauce. My only complaint is that their side salad might be the saddest thing I've ever seen. But I don't hold that against them, since this isn't really a "side salad" type of place. Highly recommend coming in to grab their burgers. I know I'll be back. 🤙🏾”

“I’m always looking for a mobile office location - a place with WiFi and comfy seating - but also great coffee, amazing food and fabulous service. Today I tried Eve’s and got lucky on all points. Fantastic fresh brewed decaf coffee - maybe the best I’ve ever had. Fresh, juicy tomatoes and perfect avocado slices with excellent sourdough toast. Eggs and hash browns too but I couldn’t eat it all - massive breakfast and unlimited coffee. And Jenni kept me topped off and gave amazing service. I’ll be back!!”

“Husband and I ordered Pad Thai, Red Curry and Fresh Roll Chicken. Everything was excellent! The Curry came with steamed seasonal vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) and they were lightly steamed, not mushy. The Pad Thai came with bean sprouts and fresh lime. Everything was very fresh, including the Fresh Roll Chicken, which is made with seasonal greens and apples. Dishes are all made with almonds instead of peanuts, no MSG, and no wheat, although they say they cannot guarantee their supplies have not be processed in facilities that have peanuts or wheat. We finished with iced Thai Coffees and they were delicious. 10/10 we will go there again.”

“Obsessed is a pretty mild word to use for this place, I honestly don’t think I’ve gone a day without it since they opened (I have problems I know, that’s besides the point) everything here is delicious, the protein donuts on Wednesday’s, every shake, tea and mug cake I’ve tried has been amazing. The people! THE PEOPLE! Customer service is where it’s AT! The Mix has the most friendly environment, kind, big hearted people here. I’ve gone to other places around here and have definitely not been treated with the kindness I found with these people. The second you walk in the door you feel like family. They are so knowledgeable about the products they offer and passionate about them too. The inside is so cute already I cannot wait to see what it looks like done. This place is a great healthy alternative to us every day Starbucks/Dutch bros feens. They even have protein iced (or hot) coffee for my morning visits and I don’t leave feeling like I didn’t get my coffee fix (just minus the 43g of sugar) I was drinking redbull after redbull and their lifted tea has broke me of that awful habit as well. I could write a novel based off how much I love this place but I think I’ve covered most of the basics here. In short, go try it. You won’t leave disappointed.”
